Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE) was growing quickly and initially looking for a brand refresh to strengthen their industry presence and brand recognition. 

As we began this project, it was critical to build a solid brand foundation that could be carried throughout all points of their current and future business state. Therefore, we took a step back and recommended a full ov4rhaul that would start from sqaure one with a new logo, new voice, tone and identity.

GMRE has been in the industry for nearly 20 years with a presence across the country at numerous air force bases. What began as a small company with a few employees has grown to over 200 employees nationwide. 
 
In order to reflect the current brand, it was critical to evaluate all aspects of the business including it’s mission, vision and core values. We recognized with growth comes change and it was critical to update who GMRE had become. 
 
Starting with the triangle logo – the goal was to enhance and incorporate what had already been established but take it to the next level. The new logo became a more accurate reflection of GMRE’s 3 new core values: commitment, results, and trust. Developing new key sub-elements, an updated color palette along with new imagery solidified the new branding.
 
While our primary focus was to create an updated brand feel and voice, we then translated these into a new website, social presence, an intranet, new marketing materials and templates, swag and promotional materials.
  
 

This project was amazing to see come to life, especially the positive impact and energy it's brought to the company.
